Chilly Milk

CHILLY MILK EXPERIMENT:

PURPOSE:   TO OBSERVE AND RECORD THE CHANGES WHEN DIFFERENT MILK IS PUT IN THE FREEZER.

WHAT YOU NEED: a selection of 3 different type of milk

clear container

WHAT TO DO: Put  an equal volume of each type of milk in a clear container

Place each container in the freezer

Record what happens to each type of milk as it freezes.  Note its colour, texture and shape.

Record the time it takes to each variety to freeze.

Type of milk	what it looked like once it had frozen	Time taken to freeze
Blue top milk	Icy,cold, will not be runny.	35 mins
Up and Go	Solid, Icy, bits of liquid.	25 mins
Condensed Milk	Sticky, cold, little gooey.	A Hour

Conclusion- Overall the way how we predicted actually turned out to be. 
The Blue Top Milk and Up and go turned into a solid as for Condensed Milk. It hasn't been changed at all because.. The water has been removed. And water is the key to make things freeze.
